SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM. My friend bought us $125 to *********. ********* absolutely does not accept 3rd party gift certs. I'm FURIOUS and feel awful for my friend who is out their money.

I'm happy to reach out to you personally to get this taken care of. ********* actually does accept the emailed gift cards as we are their online seller. If you go to their website and click their gift card link, it is QuickGifts. I'm also happy to reach out to ********* to ensure their staff is fully trained on accepting gift cards. I apologize this issue occurred.

I ordered two gift cards and received confirmations for both. We checked with the restaurant and they would not honor the confirmations. After multiple tries to call the number, a really nice person answered and told me the manager was not there but was coming in and would take care of everything. She promised someone would call back that day. No call. I called the next day and left a message and wrote an email. To date, I have had no call back nor usable gift card.

Paid ***** for 2 Day Shipping arrived 4 days later. I sent provider screenshots from the funnel where I saw no explanation for business days or cut off times, and they refused to refund even the shipping, when in fact the entire order is useless given it did not arrive in time.

Thank you for your review. The gift card was ordered late Thursday evening and the customer received it Monday mid-day. The order arrive in time, therefore we could not refund the shipping cost.

This company is a total scam. They have merchants they deal with that scam you out of money using gift cards. You let them know about it and they tell you to basically kick rocks. The Director of Operations knows about the scams. They don't care. So dishonest. Please if you're thinking about using them don't. These people are not trustworthy at all. Total scam!

Thank you for your honest review. While we can not assist you with the chargeback you filed (over a year of purchase), the restaurant did try to rectify your issue in which you declined. In addition, the restaurant ran the history on the card as it showed your recipient used the card in full. I apologize we could assist any further.

Total scam. I got a gift card for my in laws to use at their favorite Irish pub down in ******* where they spend their *******. They were told the gift card would not work without the card used to purchase it. Think about that one for a second, are you going to provide your credit card to the person you get a gift card for? Of course not.

I had a wonderful experience with **********************. They went out of their way to make sure my nephew in ******* got his gift card I bought for him through **********************. I gave QG the wrong address initially so I contacted them and they resent the gift to my nephew by email. I will definitely use ********************** again if a merchant offers gift cards through them. I found the customer service person - ********- to be extremely responsive to phone calls and emails.

TERRIBLE. Our credit card was comprised and we had over 5 fraudulent charges placed on our card a few hours after placing our order with Quick Gifts. I received the confirmation email but our friend has yet to receive the e-card. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Unfortunately, from time to time, our emails do get caughtin junk or spam. I do apologize, in the event that happens, we supply a resend link on your confirmation email below so you the purchaser are able to quickly resend that email to them and copy yourself on it. WORST PLACE EVER!!!! My sister sent me a quick gift card for Christmas 2019 and it's still not here. We are a few days away from February!!! Customer service is HORRIBLE!!! Again do not use this company!!! WORST PLACE EVER!!!!

I'm sorry to hear you didn't receive your gift cards. Since we mail out in a double windowed envelope, sometimes our gift cards could be mistaken for junk mail and thrown out, or it could have been lost in the mail. I do see we resent your gift card just recently. If it's not here, this week, please contact us ASAP and request to speak with the General Manager, and I'd be happy to assist directly and have this sent via FedEx 2 Day. I apologize for any inconvenience, we'd be happy to ensure your gift card is received.

My daughter sent me a gift card with QuickGifts for Christmas. At first they told her that they send me an email, they didn't. I would not even have known she was giving me this gift if she didn't follow up with me. She contacted QuickGifts to follow up, and then they sent and email, first that I needed to confirm, then that they sent it.
