Had the worst day Friday when my laptop tried to update its software and got stuck in a loop. It couldn’t download the update, but wouldn’t stop trying. I thought I was going to have to basically reinstall the software and lose all my files and photos. Thankfully I decided to contact Hayden. I brought my laptop in and he fixed it within the same day.
