Started going two years ago when I moved to Maryville and can truly say it’s the best gym I’ve ever gone to. The staff are fantastic and always friendly, the equipment is well maintained and everything I need for my workouts, the facilities are always clean and inviting at any time of day and night, and it doesn’t cost an arm and a leg! Five stars, highly recommend.

We moved to Quick Fitness 24/7 for the convince of the location. We have absolutely fallen in love with the atmosphere and top of the line equipment. Everything is always clean and sanitized. I love the faith based environment! Seeing scriptures on the white board gives me the extra push in a workout. The staff is amazing and always friendly. I enjoy talking with Melanie when I’m in there. We are so thankful to have found y’all. Thank you!

I would like to give a big thank you to Caden at the Greenback location. My husband and I had truck issues and needed power to work on it. Caden allowed us to run an extension cord to be able to cut our muffler off and make it home. Thanks again Caden. You were a lifesaver!

Pretty new here, but it has been great - I feel welcomed and it is more personal than the big box gyms around, better equipped for strength training. Stop by and see Andrew - he has been awesome.
Friendly, Clean, and Accommodating. Has all the equipment most people need.
I’m a Golds transplant (from the closing) and had I tried it out even earlier, I would have left Golds to train here anyway. I’m old school and have trained at the best gyms from Golds Venice Beach, to the most hardcore gyms in Columbus OH. And Q/F 24/7 has everything I need. Love the multiple power racks and benches, not to mention deadlift platform and I haven’t even been to Greenback location yet.
