Exactly as their name says, quick emissions. I came in 2 days before the end of the month, and I was out the door with my renewed registration in about 15 minutes. Unlike a lot of other places, they don't waste time searching for things they can upsell you on. I'll be back next year. Edit 2024: Ok, they're not always "quick". I've been back a few times now, and will continue to come back because I haven't spotted anywhere better to go yet, but downgrading this to 4 stars.
