Sherrod, Nico, Anthony, Josue, and Penny were so great! This was my first time having to have a mold remediation done and the team was patient, informative, and communicative. Penny helped to sort out other issues with my home that were not related to the project and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with the process. We had a couple of minor floods in the garage and the adjoining guest room. The first estimate we received for the first one was incredibly expensive. I found Quick Dry through a Google search. They sent Sherrod who do a very detailed assessment and provided great information about what it would take to repair the damage. I was recommended to go with Quick Dry by our plumber and we’re glad we did! Penny and her team worked hard to ensure that we had a great experience with the restoration of our water damaged hardwood floors. Even when there were bumps in the road, Quick Dry worked with us to find solutions and continually demonstrated integrity along the way.
