I was recommended to go with Quick Dry by our plumber and we’re glad we did! Penny and her team worked hard to ensure that we had a great experience with the restoration of our water damaged hardwood floors. Even when there were bumps in the road, Quick Dry worked with us to find solutions and continually demonstrated integrity along the way. The water remediation, drywall, paint job, and flooring installation exceeded our expectations. This is a great company who works with capable contractors.

PROFESSIONALS!!!! PERFECTIONISTS!!!!PHANTASTIC! Haha in all seriousness Sherrod came in swinging when he inspected my house and knew exactly what needed to be done. Talked about how great of service he promised to do and would accommodate in any way needed to make myself and the property management company happy. Then today he and John came in and tackled the job like some Super Bowl winners. Not only demolishing the damaged Sheetrock but setting the drying equipment and cleaning up their mess. I had an exceptional experience with John from Quick Dry today! He came by to assess some potential water damage from the recent storms, and was so kind and patient in explaining his process. He showed me the readings on his infrared scanner and moisture reader as he combed the area, which showed the walls and floors were dry! After receiving a dramatic and potentially costly report from another inspector, I was relieved to experience John’s kind and professional service.

I can’t recommend these guys enough! John Hernandez has helped us with two houses now and him and his team do the best job! He’s very informative, friendly, knows his stuff and does an incredible job. They don’t just come to “do the job” they actually hear our concerns and take care of them the best they can!
