worked on my laptop while i waited The great thing about Quick is you have options when you have your computer repaired. I needed my computer asap so i paid for their dedicated service and a tech worked on my laptop while I waited. Wish more companies adapted a what-does-my-customer want attitude. Will use them again

good old fashioned service Had Quick out today and they were great. I was having a problem with my Internet not working. The tech called before coming out to chat with me about the problem. Then he came out and quickly found out my msn was broken. He fixed the msn issue and then fixed the problem with my computer being so slow. He added ram and removed norton which was slowing things down. The tech was friendly and explained ot me everything he was doing.

office manager had cute shoes OK so you might think I am funny but the thing I like most about Quick was the office manager had really cut shoes. I'm a girl so I notice that kind of stuff. The computer repair was good and the facilities are clean and professional. I got the computer back on time and haven't had any issues yet. Cute shoes

computer runs faster than ever took my computer in for a tune up and now my computer runs faster than ever. They added a bit of RAM and now my computer is snappier than it was when I first got it. Loved the friendly office technician who answered all my questions. Will use again.

ready the very next day I was surprised to have my computer ready the very next day. I brought it in for a spyware removal and was pleased to find a friendly staff and a clean, professional facilities. Will use again...
