We had a minor dryer issue and called for a dryer vent inspection. Colter came by, fixed it with a quick dryer vent repair, and did a dryer vent cleaning that cleared out all the hidden lint. He even explained the benefits of air duct and cleaning, which I scheduled for later. Their chimney sweep cleaning service was also clean. Colter was friendly and didn’t rush through anything. After our dog’s shedding filled the vents, we called Benjamin for air duct cleaning. He did a thorough cleaning of the ducts, blower, and coils. He also performed dryer vent cleaning, which was packed with lint and fur. Mold Treatment helped remove lingering odors. Furnace cleaning and UV light installation made the system feel brand new again.
Daniel came over and handled everything from coil cleaning to mold treatment. He was very kind and took his shoes off before entering. During the air duct cleaning, he found debris and even some pet hair clumps. He cleaned all of it and then worked on the furnace and blower. I didn't realize how neglected those areas were. He showed me pictures before and after, and I was honestly shocked. The UV light installation was a great final touch.
