My new secret weapon in my training regimen! Sometimes I go before my workouts to get a quick energy boost. Sometimes I go after my workouts as a recovery aid and flush the lactic acid out of my muscles and get fresh oxygenated blood back in. I also go when I'm hurting from over training or arthritis to reduce inflammation and awesome pain relief. It's this simple.... the faster you recover the more often and more intense you can train. That equals greater results in less time. Best thing I have tried in a LONG time!!!
