I am a competitive power lifter and this service remains an integral part of my training. I have been going to Quick Chill for the light therapy for a broken finger. After the first visit I had tingling feeling in my injured finger. Now after three weeks of therapy my injured finger is so much better. I love going to Quick Chill.

I took my high school football player in today. He has some residual pain from a broken ankle 4 years ago, achy knees(he does play football). He came out of the Crychamber full of energy. He said his knees felt great. Then he looked at me and said, "Mom, my ankle doesn't hurt. I just realized that. I have to come back!" and we will!! I may try it myself.
I came into quick chill today because I have 3 disc bulging in my lower back, after my session I was able to stand up straight ( I haven't been able to do that in a week) absolutely love this place
