I have an 18 month old daughter who has never been sick! The first time was extremely scary. I was absolutely amazed at how empathetic and supportive the entire staff here was. The doctor diagnosed my daughter from the hallway and spared us any unnecessary tests. He listened to us and answered all our questions. He even pulled up a YouTube video to help explain things. Not that you ever want to be in a situation where you need urgent care, especially when you're from out of town...but if you do and you're in and around scottsbluff, I completely recommend this office. We were just passing through to Denver when I hurt myself tripping in my camper. Pain was out of control and against every fiber of my being I knew my foot needed attention. I went on 3/2, paid my $60 co-pay, went back and told the PA I was getting sick. She told me there was nothing she could do for me. She said I can buy over the counter meds. Now I am sicker than I have ever been. Thank you for nothing!
