Unless doctor acts civilized and like a true human being quickcare will never improve sorry but true, he is very impersonal and if your looking for that in your doctor do NOT see him, dude is unprofessional and very ignorant in my opinion and why I will stay and never leave UAB medicine which is best in Alabama!
Called my pharmacist to get refills because of the uncertainty that is happening around us, had none. Called Dr. Parsa to see if he'd do a FaceTime call and ready to pay a full office visit. Just got a recording saying they've closed indefinitely due to Covid-19. There is NO emergency number available for situations like this this. RecommendedI've just moved to BHM and needed an MD visit for a cold. I was in and out in 25 minutes. The staff was super friendly. The 2 front desk associates were welcoming, and the check-in process was quick. The nurse was so sweet and personable, and the Dr. was fast but thorough. I'll definitely be back and recommend the Quickcare clinic to others!

We were out of town visiting in Hoover and had 3 boys with sinus infections. My husband took our 5 year old with an ear infection to American Family Care because they opened the earliest and we had a funeral that morning. My husband sat there from 745am until 1030 waiting on a prescription for an antibiotic. There were only a couple of other patients. It was TERRIBLE.
