The front office people are nice, always helpful, courteous but the doctor is a different story. The office does not have a scale, the doctor asks you how much you weigh. Copay only accepted in cash or checks which saves the doctor 80 cents on a $15 copay when credit card would be used. Discussing with the doctor is not an option: he is the doctor and you are the patient. The office does not answer fax messages when the provider of medicines asks for prescription renewal.

I recently needed some tests done for a surgery I needed. I got my referral and went for tests and all were not listed. When realized went back and paid 3rd copay and was told Dr wouldn't write order. What kind of doctor would refuse to order simple tests for a surgery that would help reduce the daily pain I am in. This place is a joke! If you're looking for a real doctor I suggest you go elsewhere. This doctor does not even do the basics. He takes your blood pressure manually but can never tell you what it is. No temputure check or weight check just nothing! However, he will order blood work every three months so he he can collect the copay which by the way can only be paid in cash.
