Expensive and unproffesional – I went to Qui Si Bella for an upper lip wax and a back 'facial.' I left with a bit of skin torn off my upper lip and 14 big welts on my back with the skin broken! Everything scabbed over and took over a week to heal. Meanwhile I had to explain to my friends why I had a big scab on my lip, and it looked like I had a mouth sore - gross! not relaxing – I went into qui si bella for a deluxe manicure and pedicure. I was serviced by a husband and wife tag team. The manicure was the worst I've ever had, I still don't understand what made it a deluxe...there wasn't a scrub or mask and the hand massage was rushed. Additionally, while one hand was worked on, the other sat in cold, yucky water. Throughout the whole manicure, the lady talked about all the woes in her life...it was horrible.
