The SPA suddenly closed on 30/6/17 without warning the customers, many of which had paid $100s in advance for services that will never be rendered, gift certificates etc. That's dishonest, to say the least.
As you walk through the door the energy shifted me into relaxation mode. QuiSiBella spa is a wonderful place to have all my spa services done. Chrys, the owner, has created a truly magical place to be. Come enjoy for yourself!
This was a horrible visit. When I entered SPA and I said 'Hello', the lady behind the desk didn't even acknowledge my presence and I was standing 4 feet from her and looking at her. Then another lady came who (I can only guess) wanted to take a questioner. The impolite receptionist said ( I quote): 'Don't even bother, she's already late'. And she gave my that annoyed look a mean teacher would give you, still not addressing me directly. I was indeed late. My job interview went for 2 hrs instead of one. Massage and relaxation bath. Both were amazing. The Spa is larger that it appears from outside and the environment is relaxing and well kept.
Whenever I come to Santa Barbara on business, I book a massage at Qui Si Bella. It is a beautifully appointed spa: very comfortable and inviting. I have had terrific massages from Julie, who really understands what causes aches and pains. It's an altogether enjoyable experience. The staff is very nice and welcoming.
