Over rated. Expected authentic Mexican food based on the ratings. Unfortunately, disappointed. Instead of Mexican seasonings seems like everything was loaded with salt. Service was on the slow side. Good margaritas and friendly server.
This place reminds me of a cafeteria. I love food/flavor and was beyond disappointed to discover this was the basic 'salt-lick' Mexican food. Server was nice but service was slow. Not sure how they have 4.5 stars.
Well this was our second experience and I have to say that the service has not gotten much better, nor has the quality of the food. Our first batch of chips were burnt and our second batch were stale. It literally took almost half an hour just to order food. It then took another 45 minutes to get our food. At that point it was not even that impressive. We were told that the majority of the staff had went on break... Food was really good so was my watermelon margarita.. cheese dip is so thick and creamy... good in everything
We love this place! Best margaritas!! I ordered the Chipotle chicken and it was wonderful! Such great flavors and I always love what I ordered from Quetzals!!
