my wife and i bought a home from these people back in the early 2000s at that time things did not end well between us and the owners of that park years later my wife and i were in the market for a new to us home we had found one that we liked in Edgewood estates Lisa and Jerry were so nice to us even after the way i had treated them back in my younger days ( i was kind of a punk ) they approved us to be in the park and have been nothing us nice to us
I went to go help a loved one out who just had surgery at their trailer lot in marathon off 4th st. Hes not able to do much currently Went to go take out their garbage and omg what a mud pit!!! You couldn't think of a better spot to put the trash cans? It's dangerous going into that mud with the decline. Very slippery!!! Your residents deserve better than to risk being hurt taking their trash out!!!
Refuse to take care of the lots you pay rent for. Only take care of their rentals. If you're a homeowner you're responsible for their mess! Owners are rude and will not return calls!
