Wish i could give no stars. DO NOT GO HERE. I went here and got an X-Ray. Almost A YEAR later the collections agency Paramount Recovery HARASSED me with phone calls and I hadn't even received the bill in the mail yet. They sent it to my parents' home and my mom paid it. Billing department has ignored my dispute for services for the past 3 months. Good luck! FOLLOW UP: SEPT 3, 2018 Had to pay a lawyer $50 to write a letter demanding they quit harassing me for a debt I did not owe or I will file a lawsuit, this finally convinced the business office I will not be intimidated, no erroneous billing.
Similar experience to others, never received a bill and no claim ever filed with my insurance but received a collection notification yesterday. Thankfully United Healthcare Insurance is being very helpful and following up with them on my behalf to advise that they must submit a claim to insurance for processing or forfeit any rights for payment, but shame on these guys. super shady business.
Complicated as all medical billing is now, I received a small bill from Questcare that was over my annual out of pocket maximum. After a few toss backs from the insurance companies to Questcare, Shae got on the line. It took a good hour, but she took control of the problem and told the insurance company it was not the insured's (ME!) problem.
