RecommendedThe staff was amazing. Allison, the doctor, her “bedside manner” is amazing. She talks to you not at you. She isn’t in a rush to get you in and out, she is genuine.
You have to keep calling to find out if your results are normal or abnormal, they responded 3 weeks later, then give you a prescription that requires pre-authorization and Im still waiting a week later for someone to do their job!

RecommendedDr. Christine Connelly is definitely one of the best doctors I’ve ever had. She is so patient and kind and gives you all the time you need. If she doesn’t have an answer she will find an answer. She’s definitely a blessing in my life as I have had only one other doctor like her!
The office manager Michelle at the Burleson location is very unprofessional. I’ve been going to this clinic for 3 years and never had an issue until now. Took me 8 days to get my med after being told on the 7th day I needed an appointment which was a Friday. My daughter is a patient here , last Tuesday I took her per her teledoc visit to pick up a order for labs and for Covid test per the doctor . We got there to get orders and we were told that she has to test neg for Covid test before doing blood work the employee proceeds to walk away .
