The time we have to wait to schedule an appointment is ridiculous!!!
Everytime I come to Quest, for any reason, I am always treated with the utmost respect, courtesy, and compassion! Having a spinal cord injury requires so many visits to various medical services which can be both a great experience (under the circumstances) or an aweful experience. Quest Imaging, by far, is one of those special places where you don't feel like a burden. Thank you to the nurses and staff for your kindness and professionalism as it is shown brightly in all that you do!
Everyone there is sooo awesome!!! I had to do an mri today, and the employee I had the most interaction with was Anthony Alverez. He was very sweet, courteous, and helpful! He has been there about a year I believe he said...but he was so knowledgeable....you'd have thought he'd have been there 10! He really stood out today, so I figured I'd put some shine on him as he deserves it!!!! Thankyou to everyone, and a big thanks to Anthony!
They don’t accept appointments gor xray only walk ins. You have to be called back for registration. People with appointments were getting called for registration even though I was there before them. I was there for 45 min and still wasn’t called for registration. I still had to wait an hour after registration for the xray. It is ridiculous that I can’t make an appointment and have to wait hours to get called back. They need to change this, it’s actually unfair.
