Everyone there is sooo awesome!!! I had to do an mri today, and the employee I had the most interaction with was Anthony Alverez. He was very sweet, courteous, and helpful! He has been there about a year I believe he said...but he was so knowledgeable....you'd have thought he'd have been there 10! He really stood out today, so I figured I'd put some shine on him as he deserves it!!!! Thankyou to everyone, and a big thanks to Anthony!
They don’t accept appointments gor xray only walk ins. You have to be called back for registration. People with appointments were getting called for registration even though I was there before them. I was there for 45 min and still wasn’t called for registration. I still had to wait an hour after registration for the xray. It is ridiculous that I can’t make an appointment and have to wait hours to get called back. They need to change this, it’s actually unfair. Brittany snooty after my m, R, I, she offered water and they never brought it. They treat you like a number once you're inside. connie also like a number not very friendly they had me going in circles. Didn't even tell me how to get out.
Took very good care of me. Very nice, made sure you're comfortable and explained the procedure well.
Amazing service and the multiple procedures I’ve had there have been great, but it takes a stupid amount of time to get a call with the scheduling apartment it’s absurd.
