1 star is too much for this place. Ordered back doors and paid for them and they never came though. I lost a lot of money with this place. No one answers the phone and 6 months later and still no doors. Save yourself some frustration and stay away from quest. This place does very bad work and they subcontract all their work to people that don't work for them.
No response after giving them down deposit for a deck project on 1 August 2022 (6 months back). Same complaint as all other reviews in the last 3 months unfortunately.
Do not use this company! Like all the reviews we had them come out- they seemed professional, gave us a contract that was signed and 50% deposit given. Now they are unresponsive and no work has been completed. Complaint was filed with the BBB and they said there are so many complaints with this company and they have been unable to reach them throughout investigation.
I give $7,500 as a deposit for replacement my front porch and my swimming pool deck .He promised me the job going to be done before Christmas,now ,omg I’ve been calling Dave McGrail who come to peak up the check from me for months he never answers or returns my call I am new to indiana I don’t know what to do .next times I’m post his number my patient is over now.
I hired this company on July 18th and signed a contract with Justin Garner to have a driveway installed. We put down $3,755.44 and was approved over the phone by their loan company to pay off the remainder of the balance once the work started. I received an email from Lauri Streeval on July 26 stating that my project manager would be in contact within 1-2 weeks.
