Quest Diagnostics in Weston has one of the most inefficient appointment systems I’ve ever dealt with. Their automated phone service forces you to enter all your personal information, only to end with an error message instructing you to “call the number” you were already using. The website is no better — it loops you through the same process with the same dead end. For a medical testing facility, reliability and efficiency should be a priority. I stepped outside briefly to take an emergency phone call, and during that time, my name was called. When I returned just a few minutes later, I was told I would have to wait again. I ended up waiting over one hour before being brought in for a simple blood draw. This was especially frustrating because, on many occasions, I’ve already had to wait anywhere from 45 minutes to over an hour past my scheduled appointment time just to be seen. A+! Checked in online & got seen almost immediately. phlebotomist was perfect and I was out within 10 minutes . Have had other nightmare experiences at other Quests but this one is fantastic!
