Making an appointment online and the check-in process (via text) was easy. Very little waiting. Phlebotomist (Francesca) was professional yet friendly.

Worst experience, waited for a long time and there was one you guy who was very very rude. I asked a few questions about my tests where he couldn't answer. And he was telling me that i walked in and he is doing my blood works as a courtesy when i said if i can confirm a blood work name from my doc office who promptly answers. Quest offers walk-ins and am not sure what courtesy he is giving me. It is his duty to do serve customers. He was saying that he may not see me if i take a later appointment.
