I arrived 30 min before my appointment and I was done and out of there 15 minutes before it ever started. The check in process could not be any easier with their kiosk that scans a QR code you get when you book online. The phlebotomist was super friendly and genuine. 5 stars.
Be prepared to spend more than one hour and 30 minutes when you are the only person. But if you have couple people ahead of you...... bring in pillow with you, so you can have a good Nap before its your turn.!!!
