I’m extremely happy with the care I received during my recent lab work blood draw. I am a very difficult stick due to small veins. I have learned to pay attention over the years to avoid any unnecessary pain of multiple sticks. The majority of the time a butterfly needle is used and I make sure I hydrate prior to the appointment as well as keeping warm. Easy check in, nice clean quiet waiting room, GREAT TRAINED FRIENDLY STAFF. Great location!!
Unfortunately, the service was very disappointing — I waited for over an hour. I wouldn’t recommend this place.
I made an appointment, showed up 10 mins before my appointment & was made to wait 15 mins post my appointment time. No person to talk to on the front desk, no way to get an estimate on wait time etc.
