Yesterday, I had my blood drawn by Jan Zarate. He did it absolutely painlessly, was very polite and professional. He performs everything quickly, clearly, and with great care. An excellent specialist!

Avoid at all cost. There’s no point in making a reservation here as you still have to wait to maybe get in. Waited 90 minutes past my scheduled appointment time and had leave as there was no update on when I would be seen.

This particular location is not well staffed. I waited over an hour for my last 2 appointments. Other patients waited 2 1/2 hours before walking out. Book elsewhere unless you enjoy spending your day in the waiting room.

To whom the hell that runs the QUEST Operation and the Owners! Your operation sucks. I had the appointment at 12:10 today. I was in the lab at 11:50. I checked in they were about 12 to 15 people waiting. I asked around and they said yes their appointment were 10, 1015, 1020, lots of people way before me they didn’t even get to their appointments. Terrible! Hate the lack of a front desk person. Multiple people had to talk with someone in my 30 min period of waiting from my appt time. The only people to help them were the phlebotomists which made the wait times longer. My phlebotomist was horrible. It’s the second time I’ve been there to have my vein ravaged while getting blood drawn. I’m not going back if I can help it.
