The lab tech told id's that she was going to be closed at 1pm we were there since 1230pm then after she was finished with whatever shedid and wentoutside to smoke and didn't even tell us that she wasn't going to take us.we sat there until 145pm before someone elsetold us to go to the kempsville office
the phlebotomist hit a nerve which ended up with me crying out and my arm seizing. She acted like she didn't know what happened even though their was no blood in the vial. I had to ask her to remove and use my other arm. The pain lasted me a good two weeks before the tinge went away. I contacted quest customer service via their website, but no one got back to me. I'm pregnant and scared to go back to this location. Six years in the Navy and countless blood donations with the red Cross, I've never had this occur
We waited for an hour for urine drug test and nobody’s even coming out
Went here for prescreen for great job. Waited 45min due to closure for lunch. I went in and informed the tech that I had prescription medications and she said no worries someone would call me and verify. I gave my contact info 3 times and verified correct info she invited at the pad. She sent me confirmation email after I was about an 1hr after I completed test. I seen that she invited my number wrong on contact sheet. I tried to call but no one answers there phone. I called my employer and let them know the situation. Well ... read more
