Worst Laboratory for bloodwork!!!! I would would give them a negative 5 stars if i could. They gave me a false positive that caused me all kinds of problems. Pay the difference and go to Labcorp, they have a higher grade rating and are more reputable. Don't trust Quest labs - especially this location!!!!
There needs to be a selection for the billing department to correct insurances.
Got a sample taken and got my results back. Negative. Sounds great, right? The problem is they were using parameters based on 2004. The threshold for my test was lowered on January 1st 2005. The test was useless and it was just a waste of time and money. Customer service doesn't think anything is wrong as they did provide me results and couldn't grasp that the results were inadequate because they were based on 19 years ago regulations.
