I had a very frustrating experience at Quest Diagnostics. Despite having an appointment, I waited more than three hours. The waiting room was completely packed—literally full to the door. Then, without any prior notice, staff announced that their system was down and they could not check who had already checked in, meaning everyone with appointments had to wait even longer.
