A very bad experience with the tech as this office. I have gone to many Quest offices across the country as I live and travel in my motorhome. I was 15 minutes early for my appointment and signed in with the app on my phone. The tech came out 5 minutes after my appt time and called for Anna. When no one answered I asked her for a last name and she ignored me and walked away. 10 minutes later she came back calling for Anna. I want to give the lab worker Umlesh the highest rating. I’ve had blood work done here several times, and every time she has been amazing. When she draws my blood, I don’t feel anything at all no pain nothing. She is always very kind and polite. Honestly, the clinic is lucky to have her, and I wish they had more workers like her.Thank you Umlesh
