Avoid Quest at all costs. It’s disappointing that places like this are allowed to operate this way. I arrived at 3:50 PM for my 4:10 PM appointment, only to be told they couldn’t find my order in the system. The frustrating part is that I called two weeks ago and was specifically told they had my order and everything was ready for my bloodwork. shit I wouldn’t go here I came in at 10 been inside whole time they never called my name and I seen my name on the standby list. Lady came out called everybody name but mine. She even made eye contact w me lol. But I WAS also the only black person definitely felt the favoritism.
