Absolutely Inexcusable Treatment of a Pregnant Patient If I could give zero stars, I would. My wife—8 months pregnant and in visible pain—went to Quest Diagnostics just to drop off lab work. She waited over 2 hours, standing most of the time, because they refused to accept the labs without an appointment, even though it was just a drop-off. I sat waiting for 2 hours for someone to receive my urine test — it just needed to be dropped off. I’m pregnant, and one of the workers responded: “We can’t do anything.” In other words, I had to wait 4 hours just to leave the sample. Incompetent.
Very clean and profetional.
With an appointment I was in and out in 25 minutes. Very good phlebotomist.
