I want to give a special shout-out to the employee who drew my blood. His kindness and professionalism were top-notch, making the whole process feel smooth and comfortable. I also couldn't help but notice their cute little sign about "no concealed weapons." It's amusing to see such a thing posted in a medical setting. I'm not sure how enforceable that really is, but it definitely adds an interesting touch to the place!

Lab work at the Single Oak Quest Lab for many years. Always treated and greeted with professionalism. I would particularly like to commend Christie the technician for her warmth and expertise. She and Keith, who works with her, a formidable team. Would recommend Quest Single Oak without reservation.

Need more help at the Cal Oaks location. It is a small space and always full. This is the smallest one I have ever been in. Staff is great. Staff seems overworked. I was told that I did not need an appointment to drop off stool tests. The staff said that was not true. Luckily I had made an appointment. So what is the policy?
