quick, convenient and easy for me. the only downside was that the automated check in system seemed to be a challenge for almost every other older patient that came in after me. i ended up helping 3 other people check in. luckily they were thankful for the help, but i can imagine some people would take issue with needing to ask an unassociated stranger to help them scan and input sensitive information to check in. i was helping people after i was done being seen, and a staff member came out to see what was happening and was h... read more
Terrible service. Incredibly slow & incompetent staff.
Worst Quest I have ever been!!. My phlebotomist was very unprofessional and rude. I can't remember her name (Far....). She has no manners. I walk in and she asks "give me your order". Excuse me? Did they ever teach you basic manners? I'm shocked at how they can hire someone so low quality. No wonder they had a lot of appointments available unlike other Quest locations. First, to make an appointment, the reception office is unattended. You must make an appointment at their kiosk. I was completing my application on their kiosk 30 minutes before posted closing on the entry door & several staff came out to say - we are closed. (They wanted to leave early)! They said to call or go online to make an appointment. LAZY Staff - it's not what they said; it's how they said it! There is a need for a person to be present in the registration/check-in area to answer questions & help people instead of bothering the phlebotomist who is stressed already! Human kindness matters!
