I have been to many different Quest locations and they have all been great. NOT this one. Staff unprofessionally arguing with clients in the waiting room, technician condescending and arguing with me about my insurance and orders, and the facility including restroom and draw areas uncomfortably dirty. And, the technician had to stick me TWICE and painfully for the blood draw. I have never needed to be stuck twice and rarely have even minimal discomfort. I want to share my unpleasant experience with this laboratory. I am very outraged. I had a misfortune and I urgently needed to take a blood test. I came to my doctor and gave blood. When my doctor sent my tests, the lab refused to accept my tests because they did not understand my last name, despite the fact that my last name was printed, not handwritten. Because of this, I have not been able to receive the results of my blood tests for 2 weeks. I suspect a miscarriage and need to understand how to act and this lab is not at... read more
