When I arrived I checked in my appointment and it took less than 5 min .Kelly saw me and she was very kind and patient .
I like the location of lab because I can find street . :). The tech/nurse was very helpful , polite and friendly. I was in and out pretty quickly. She worked fast and good and there was little pain. This time I waited 7 minutes beyond my appointment time. The thing that I dislike the most is that I have to scan my ID and my insurance card every time. After I scanned my Medicare Card, the system can’t recognize it and the tech/nurse have to input it manually. I wish that these information needs to be updated once a year in th... read more
Like most people, I have to work, so this is the only location with very early check-in. I was called in right on time. The staff was very friendly and professional, and overall, it was a pleasant experience.
Susan was great! I like coming to Quest because I am always treated kindly, things go smoothly, and it is clean, unlike other labs.
Linette was fantastic! From her skill with the needle to her very pleasant and sunny personality. Excellent employee!
