Waited 40 mins and the 2 phlebotomist saw me there. I was the last patient in the lobby and the large woman in pink scrubs said do you have a long order? I said I have this order and she looked at it and said I don’t have you in the system. I literally had the order in my hand. The attitude and unprofessionalism is disgusting. Not everyone should be allowed to work in healthcare.
You would have had all 10s because I was taken quickly upon arrival and the tech was great (personable and capable) - but the fact that you cannot reach a person on the phone before the appointment is terrible customer service. I needed to know important things before my appt - did I need to fast? Was it covered by insurance? If it was not, what was the cost. Great location in Tarzana. I was taken on time. Yesari, the tech was excellent. She was efficient, professional, knowledgeable and I received excellent care. Her work was impeccable. I highly recommend this Tarzana location. Sheila K
I have been to this location several times. It has always been a good experience. Twice now I have had Yesenia as my tech, she has been very professional and made me feel very comfortable and at ease. I am difficult to draw from but every step of the way she checked to make sure I was still good. Thank you.
