I had a great experience with Emma. She was super patient and kind with me and explained everything very clearly when I was there.
Post Covid Healthcare is just strange! I see my PCP virtually now and she wanted a ton of labs. For whatever reason they received my name but no actual lab tests came thru on the order. Shae went above and beyond to help me get the lab requisition to save me from having to reschedule an upcoming specialist appointment AND more time of from work. Shae is an asset to your team!!!!
