Takes forever for a simple blood test they take 2 back at a time
You cannot reach a human by phone without maximum effort and time used. I had a lab drawn 6 days ago. I don’t have results and when I set up a Quest account it showed no results. After about an hour of research to find a human to talk with I was told that I have no pending results.
The worst! Immediately after my wife had a colonoscopy the send her here. We were approached from phlebotomist with a strong accent practically yelling at us on how to operate the self check in machine. After not listening to us he said, whatever, and went to the back
