This morning I had an appt at the location at st Joseph’s hospital: 5667 Peachtree Dunwoody Rd Ste 190 My appt time was 9:30, I parked at around 9:15. Walked right inside and wasted so much time just trying to find Suite 190. There are no signs for quest pointing someone to it. I finally had to stop and ask a nurse as I was lost on the other end of the atrium because the suite numbers go up from 150 and then they stop at the end at 180 and then you have to turn back around and go to the office and to find 190 which is locate... read more
Dont waste time calling as they dont answer & the auto attendant gives NO option to talk with staff
Takes forever for a simple blood test they take 2 back at a time
You cannot reach a human by phone without maximum effort and time used. I had a lab drawn 6 days ago. I don’t have results and when I set up a Quest account it showed no results. After about an hour of research to find a human to talk with I was told that I have no pending results.
