The modern Quest experience is a dystopian nightmare where you walk into a room with zero human workers and are left scrambling to check in at a computer (and then wait an hour for your scheduled appointment). Every time I get blood drawn at a Quest now I have to help some poor old man or woman who doesn’t understand how to check in. Why is customer service being outsourced to patients??? Ivo been waiting for over an hour to get my int done. Grant it I was a walk in but there was time by scheduled and waiting

There was only one exhausted employee working in the entire building, with multiple appointments scheduled for each time slot. There weren’t enough chairs in the waiting room for everyone who was waiting. The employee was efficient and gave concise guidance on what needed to be done, but there were just too many people for her to keep up with.
