My experience at Quest Lab was great!
Horrible experience. Absolutely no professionalism or courtesy with the staff. Managing through the hoops of the medical system is hard, and the nurses at this location do not help in any way. I had a lab requested by my doctor and an appointment made. When I arrived I was told that I needed a pdf printed version of my paperwork which was never mentioned AT ALL prior to the appointment. I was sent out, but determined to make the appointment I was able to send the pdf to their email. Upon return the woman was extremely rude a... read more
The staff were very courteous and understanding of my concerns. I have the tiniest and most complicated to find veins one can ever think of. My good veins are in the most unexpected areas of my arms and the staff listened and worked patiently with me to ensure that my fears were addressed with compassion and professionalism. I have to endure multiple pokes before blood can be drawn each time I go for bloodwork. By just one try they drew the blood without poking me ten times and twisting that needle after missing the vein. I ... read more
Save yourself the headache and go to any other quest diagnostics. This place is poorly run and a terrible experience.
I got there rather earlier than I was scheduled for but I was called in shortly after checking in anyway. I had a great experience with Bria (sp?). She was reserved at first but turned out to be a friendly and easy going person and also very funny! I could have talked to her for hours if we hadn't both been on the clock. Remember, you get the treatment you deserve so show up with respect and politeness. Oh, also I don't even remember her drawing my blood it was so smooth and painless.
