So I had an appointment at 2 40 on a Thursday. The women who was there was RUDE. She tried to force me to be okay with her taking a different patient at my SCHEDULED time. I then informed her that if it was gonna take 5 mins thats fine but I was on my lunch break and I would have to leave eventually to get back to work. I didnt schedule online for their convenience to be treated like a walk in. She then proceeded to call the other patients back and rolled her eyes. While the ability to keep the office staffed leaves something to be desired, the phlebotomist(s) are always extremely friendly, courteous, professional, and efficient in processing your labs and with providing any information/answers to any questions that you may have.
