Bre went above and beyond to help my son get the correct labs. She contacted his physician multiple times to make sure everything was right and handled it all with patience and professionalism. Exceptional service — Quest is very lucky to have her!!!
Was having a lot of issues getting my information connected with Quest (not Quest's fault), but my phlebotomist Bri was very patient with me and extremey kind and comforting throughout the process!
People have lives. Waited till 0715 for a 0700 appointment and left because I needed to get to work. These were fasting labs so that meant starting work without coffee or breakfast. Be on time to your job!
My experience at Quest Lab was great!
Horrible experience. Absolutely no professionalism or courtesy with the staff. Managing through the hoops of the medical system is hard, and the nurses at this location do not help in any way. I had a lab requested by my doctor and an appointment made. When I arrived I was told that I needed a pdf printed version of my paperwork which was never mentioned AT ALL prior to the appointment.
