Walked in to the saddest dmv-style waiting room with no humans and two locked doors. we arrived 30 minutes before their noon closing time on Saturday, there was no other person in the waiting room, and I am 95% sure they were not swarmed with patients in the back. Nonetheless, after a few minutes someone came out and told us they stop taking walk-ins at 11, and we had to come back some other time. Kind and efficient service. I went on a random weekday mid morning, and it was practically empty. I checked in 8 minutes before my appointment time, and was taken back two minutes after checking in. The whole process took less than five minutes, and the provider was very nice.
I don’t understand some of the bad reviews. If you come prepared and make an appointment before you come, everything will run smoothly. I was seen on time and my blood work was super smooth and efficient, and the staff was super professional and friendly. I recommend just putting in a lot of your info prior to your arrival, because everything will be easy!
Terrible experience and a waste of time. The staff member who saw me insisted they were unable to draw the labs I needed because they don't carry the tubes needed. She said that I was supposed to bring them with me ("we do this all the time and you have to bring the tubes in a kit."). She was polite, but insistent and ultimately impatient - this was all about 3-5 minutes of interaction total.
