Dingy office, child undergoing some sort of treatment is screaming bloody murder for 20 minutes. My appointment time was 25 minutes late. Once I got into the appointment, the lab tech was very friendly and efficient. She explained that the young screaming child was having a blood draw, but that the child began freaking out from the moment it sat down.

The "check=in" machine on the wall is almost impossible to use effectively. It kept misspelling my name. One of the staff eventually made it work for me. Get rid of this machine!!!!!!
A disgusting and unprofessional waiting room experience. A total joke of first impression.
