Had an appointment but something changed so I went early since they take walk ins. Signed in and wrote my appointment time because I thought it'd be helpful even though it was 90 minutes away (the touch screen was broken). After several people who came in after me were called in before me, I checked the sign in sheet and saw I had been crossed off with no communication to me at all. I do not like to write negative reviews. I understand that working directly with the public can be challenging, but the phlebotomist I communicated with was rude. There was an issue with Quest’s check-in system, and I politely attempted to communicate that the patient next to me had the same appointment time as me, had arrived before me, and should be taken before me. I was met with a rude over reaction by a very feisty phlebotomist. She would not listen and it made everything worse. Her response was unnecessary and disrespe... read more
