The TV is loud and obnoxious. Disrespectful to patients who are waiting early in the morning.

My visit was lengthened because my phlebotomist was called to another room for "a hold-down" while another phlebotomist repeatedly yelled at a child (a child!!!) to "RELAX" --over and over, louder and louder. Came here for a pre-employment drug screening a little less than two hours before they closed, yet when I arrived, there was a sign on the kiosk saying that they didn’t do screenings past 2 PM even though they closed at 3:00 for the day. I’ve had other pre-employment screenings done thru Quest before and had never seen this policy before so that made no sense to me, and even worse was that when I tried signing in for it, the kiosk told me they weren’t taking any more screenings for the day (WELL before their 2:00 cutoff time... read more
The ladies here were so wonderful. After receiving errors upon errors that prevented my pre-employment screenings, they investigated, sorted out the problem and called me back in the same day. Exceptional service, they really do go above and beyond.
