I came in on a Tuesday morning for fasting bloodwork & they said there was no estimation on what time it would take. So I left and went to work. Annoyed but in the future I will set up an appointment, for certain. No worries.
Experienced a micro-aggression against those of Asian descent. The lab tech came out to bring me in for my appt. I have an Asian name. Usually, if someone isnt familiar with my name, they call me Ms. Joong, Yoong, or even just spell my last name. But the lab tech at this location just came out from the back and said "I can't pronounce this name." I knew she was referring to me.
