I was cancelled at the last minute at the office where I had an appointment and had to go to a different office where I waited over 2 hours since I had no appointment.
Today was my first time at this location and I was very satisfied with my experience. I made an appointment a few days prior and got in quickly when I arrived. Usually when I go and get blood work done it feels rushed, but my phlebotomist took her time to make sure everything was in line. I almost always pass out when I get my blood drawn, but she did such a perfect job, I barely felt dizzy. The phlebotomist took her time and did everything right. I will definitely get all of my bloodwork done here from now on!
Had to come here to get my bloodwork done after at my university they couldn’t find my vein. Tayla was my phlebotomist and she was the sweetest. I was in and out and the best part was that she found my vein in one go. She also was the easiest to talk to
Can never get in contact with anyone ever. All you hear is a bunch of joking and laughing behind the doors. You try and knock to get someone's attention and they just ignore you. I had an appointment and when I went to check-in, the system said they couldn't find me but I had a confirmation email and text confirming my appointment. The person who did the blood draw is the best I have ever encountered. I have rolling veins, but every time I have been assigned to her, everything goes perfectly!
