The absolute worst location and lack of service or care. This location, which feels like a prison waiting room, allows people to walk-in, but then after waiting for more than 30 minutes, with no other patients waiting in the waiting room, inform the stand-by patient that they are booked for the rest of the day. An absolute joke of a health care facility.

I am writing to express my concern regarding an issue I encountered during a blood draw appointment. I submitted my insurance information, including my Medicare and Aetna PPO details for a $40 or less lab test copay approximately one week prior to my appointment. Upon arrival for the blood draw, I was informed that there would be a charge of approximately $1,000 for individuals without insurance or $650 with the insurance.
