Muy mal servicio no mandaron los resultados a mi doctor a tiempo
They stole my travel ice packs. I went in today (5/11/26) to drop off a sample and I used travel ice packs. I explicitly told the tech that I used ice packs and she grabbed my whole bag w the ice packs + sample inside. She them kept them and told me “you’re all set”. I can’t call back to ask for my ice packs back bc they don’t answer their phone. Be very mindful of what you bring in + drop off as they will take your things.
Very easy to make an appointment. Minimal wait time. Staff was friendly and efficient.
The appointment set up is for a fast and easy In-N-Out blood drawn but what’s the point of making an appointment if walk-ins can get seen first when the walk-in clearly stated that she has no appointment the gentleman let her in first instead of trying to get the appointment people to go first
Staff was friendly. It was a walk in visit but I was called in much earlier than my scheduled time that was given at the check in kiosk.Quick and easy.
