Lybe was so amazing! She’s caring and patient. Tip for walk-ins, the early mornings are very busy with appointments (usually booked solid!) so if you plan on walking in during the morning rush, you probably won’t get seen before the afternoon. I saw many people who arrived at 6:30am who were turned away because there’s no open slot to take a walk-in between back to back appointments.
Lybe is an absolute rock star! I'm a home care nurse and Lybe goes beyond the call of duty to assist me with getting new patients entered into the system when dropping off labs.. everyone working there has been very patient and helpful.
Lybe at the Salinas office was AMAZING! She provide not only excellent customer service, but she was patient centered, patient, and exceeded all expectations. She, took the time with me and the insurance issue that was happening in the moment. All i can say, Lybe was Awesome!!!
