Check is a nightmare, I guess walk ins are here to wait hrs, just for bloodwork. I don’t understand why my doctor recommended Quest, we usually go laboratory. For quest management, your team takes way to long to take in patients non appointment patients . I as well run a business and your sense of urgency is mediocre. Also, your check in process is a joke! Quest is the best diagnostic center in our area in my opinion. If you use the app the process can be very easy to figure out. I was in the waiting room for less than 2 minutes. I was greeted very nicely and the phlebotomist was great! Getting blood draws or giving urine samples, etc. is not a fun event but Quest, and I'm speaking for the Alvin St, Salinas CA and Marina, CA facilities when I say are the best I've ever had.
