Lybe is amazing what a great soul. She took my labs and was very organized. She has such a wonderful bubbly personality!!!
I was taken back quickly and my experience couldn’t have been better. The lab tech was great! He was so cheerful and friendly. He engaged me in conversation in a way that I didn’t even notice having my blood draw. It was the quickest, least painful blood draw I’ve ever experienced. He was the best!
They mostly misinform people and then are condescending when confronted!! If they don't take you as walk-in, then why do they even have that option!!??. Plus they always misinform customers about when they will take a walk in and when they will not? Atleast keep clear communication about your policies and inform people ahead of time, so people can save time instead of wasting on ill-informed visits!
