they are condescending, rude. they lack of response, you can't reach a real person to talk over the phone to make an appointment. very vague the telephone service is a useless prerecorded loop. update your telephone scheduling system. no optimal care is offered, just rude, unwelcoming, incompetent, useless, pathetic personnel. you're better off elsewhere this place has no place in healthcare setting just another eyesore wall in hole spot with no real commitment to serve the community it is a disservice that fills their quota... read more
After spending over 10 min trying to find a parking spot in their very busy parking lot I walked in just a few min late and was turned away and told “you are now a walk-in and we have to take care of people who have appointments” I had an an appointment. They could have taken me, there weren’t many people in the waiting room. Every time I go into a Quest it’s a bad experience with poor customer service. This is another location I will now refuse to go in.
Rude and unprofessional management team.
Check is a nightmare, I guess walk ins are here to wait hrs, just for bloodwork. I don’t understand why my doctor recommended Quest, we usually go laboratory. For quest management, your team takes way to long to take in patients non appointment patients . I as well run a business and your sense of urgency is mediocre. Also, your check in process is a joke!
