Visited Quest at 1071 El Camino Real. I would say it is convenient while the service is really bad. I was trying to be friendly to the nurse who's helping me on the testing. When I asked questions (2 questions on payment and receipt), she's very impatient, which made me upset. As a comparison, my family visited Quest in MP before yesterday. They really enjoyed the service. Will avoid visiting Quest at 1071 El Camino Real.

I came 10 minuets early and received a text that they were ready for me almost immediately. I did not have my order form for my test printed and they do not accept an email of it. So, I had to call my doctor to get it faxed to them. The lady was super sweet and cooperative. As soon as she got the fax, she called my phone. The only other thing was that she could not find a vein on either of my arms. I do not blame her though because many people have trouble finding one. She was very gentle and apologetic.

I’m not one to post bad reviews normally, but the experience at this Quest diagnostics location left me speechless, so I think I have to share. This is posted from an anonymous account because this can obviously be traced back via check-in information from the clinic. I had an appointment scheduled, but arrived an hour early and checked in (this was last week), I thought that maybe I’d be able to be seen early, but judging by the amount of people in the waiting room that was unlikely, I was happy to wait for my original time... read more

Fast and great services. Pro-tip from the nurse (Clint) who helped me today- always make an appointment if you can, or come in between 9-11 in the morning. This is because walk-ins tend to cluster in early morning due to fasting.
