Have been using this lab at this location for a number of years without an appointment. Today I checked the website first and went there to find an "employee" sitting on the bench outside. She asked if I was there for an appointment,I said No,a no d she said they weren't accepting any more "Walk INS".Since there was no notice anywhere,and she was doing nothing but sitting there,I find this unacceptable l.
