Sadly, blood could not be drawn from my 5 years old. She freaked out. I and another lab tech were supporting my daughter's arm so blood could be drawn by another lab tech. She was screaming and jerking her shoulder and arm, which made it unsafe. The lab guys were so nice and patient. Thank you.
Horrible service! The guy named Alex in this location was doing my daughters blood work, she is a 3 year old with autism so of course she was crying, she was scared and ALEX started raising his voice with anger literally almost screamed at her just because she was crying telling her to stop moving, he did it once I did not say anything the second time was worse so I had to speak up and tell him something. That is not the way to tell a 3 year old to calm down. So unprofessional
My first time at Quest because I had to take my elderly mother there for blood work. We had an appointment and arrived early. If I could give negative stars.. I would. Upon entering the waiting room the smell of stale air and gingivitis was not pleasant. The room was almost full with 24 people seated..and even more people outside waiting. Please fix your computer system and your website. I went in as a walk in, waited for 2 hours and decided to leave, the Time options to take an appointment show up randomly and is not always available, had to refresh the website for over an hour to finally see the time options. Made an appointment for 2 pm, and went in at 145 and checked in. Waited for over an hour and spoke to someone finally they saw the error of my name being in as a walk in again. The woman who worked today was extremely rude, aggressive, and highly unprofessional. She was practically yelling at me, and I am currently 11 weeks pregnant. I don’t think people like her should be interacting with clients! My appointment was at 3:20 PM today. Avoid this woman at all costs!
