I was a Walk-in at this lab. You sign in a couple of ways and they scan your insurance cards. I did not select text option. But most people do. I was given an appointment 1.5 hours after I signed in. So, I took time to read, then headed to a local store. When I returned I was almost immediately called by Phlebotomist Allie. I asked if she had been waiting. She let me know they call 3 times. She said it is always best to have an appointment instead of walking in. I appreciated the information.

Extremely long wait times. Over three hours past the appointment time. The waiting room is full no place to sit bring a lawn chair if you want to sit. No staff to talk to, its computer check in. I think computer checking is this way because the many complaints they were getting about wait times.

Nobody will greet you there is no windows it is two most of the time working kiosks. And when I say kiosks two tablet/pads on poles to check in no human interactions. Though I had an appointment on North sunrise to drop off a time-sensitive frozen stool sample, I literally waited from 12:10 to well over 1:00 for a appointment, just to go in there give them a signature and hand them a bag.
