Quest needs to get it together. Came in with my husband and we made an appointment a week or so. Weren't seen for almost an hour past the appointment time yet he only had one person in front of him. There's no receptionist just an iPad in front of a receptionist desk. There are about 10 signs posted up and a TV that tells you what to do. Then every 20-30 minutes you maybe see or hear 1 employee walk by. I know companies are scrounging for money right now but is this really the way to go about it?
