Made appointment at 8:15. Drove to office to find it closed and other people waiting. Ended up going to other office and waiting
Wow, went in on a Monday without an appointment, the automated system stated a five minute wait. Well about 30 seconds later i had a great worker, greet me and do my blood draw, quickly, efficiently, she was kind and thorough. Thank-you!
Short wait, friendly lab tech, clean and convenient location. Zero complaints!
Automated phone system is a joke at best. Just wanted to confirm info was sent over and make an appointment info was confirmed but couldn't make an appointment while speaking to agent was directed to web. What a joke I will not be doing business here again.
