Horrible experience — aggressive, rude, and completely unprofessional staff member. I brought my nephew to Quest Diagnostics on July 25 for his 2:30 PM appointment. What should have been a routine visit turned into a deeply upsetting and stressful situation because of one staff member named Sandra.
