Mrs Gail was amazing! She greeted me with a friendly smile & took the time to read and flawlessly pronounce my first name. She set the stage for a very positive customer experience. Mrs Gail made me forget that I was prepping for surgery. She was very friendly, approachable, and made me feel very comfortable.
