Adrianne was my tech and she had a fantastic technique. I would definitely go back to her again. I only waited 5 minutes once I was in the office and my appt was at 6am due to fasting. I do recommend getting an appt, if possible. The wait times are much less when you have one.
Quest diagnostics is truly a professional company and one of the few who gives down home customer service. It’s easy to view the results afterward too. It’s also really easy to schedule an appointment. Thank you for serving.
So efficient. Received a text with a check-in link about an hour before my appointment. Used the link when I parked and when I entered, they were calling me back. Greeted by a professional who was alert and welcoming. Visit itself was quick and they kept me informed each step of the way. Next day, I received a text saying my results were in and 6 hours later, my doctor's office called saying they had received the results. Always a good experience at Quest.
