First their address is not updated on the website. Second, I waited over an hour as a walking to be told sorry they are not able to do my child draw, when there were only 2 walk in. They informed me at 10:19 while the place close at 10:30. They should just say no walk in.

Everything went well the my result was stat and my doctor did get it on time
I had to get bloodwork for preop. I took my l lunch break and arrived early. I signed in and stepped outside because it was cold. I didn't see their text until 5 minutes later, but before my appointment time. They would not take me and told me i had to sign in as a walk in. Another patient felt sorry for me and wanted me to take her appointment time... they saw this and call me after two others were called. Horrible customer service.
