Made an appointment and received email confirmation. Date of appointment there was some snow so I called their number in the confirmation email. Automated message which states, "Were open to handle your lab testing needs..." (or something to that effect. ) I drove in for my appointment and they're closed. My problem is this: If your closed but have my email and phone number, why was I not notified? How many people drove in for an empty office? I'll find somewhere else for my testing needs.
