The worst customer service, I was sitting there for over 2 hours and I was literally the only one in the place waiting and at 3:50pm she's telling me she's not going to do it. Quest is the worst and this is my second time there. The first time I went they injected me 4 times and I almost blocked out. Need to fire them all and rehire more professional people. I love the ease of scheduling and checking in here online This is a very busy lab and people that come in, have no patience these days. If you go in with an appointment and a smile, you will come out with better results! Spread something positive.
