Went to have a routine blood test. The lady who drew my blood was nice (seemed a bit in a rush, but polite. A line of people waiting and I think she was working by herself), but this is the bruise I still have four days later. I have had blood drawn many, many times. I never bruise. I wanted to get this type of test done once a year, but now I'll probably never go back.
In and out in less than 10 minutes.
I needed a drug screen for school, scheduled an appointment at the NLR location at 1:00pm. They finally unlocked the door after lunch at 1:22. After waiting another 30 minutes, I was called back only to have the lady inform me I’d have to go to Conway or Little Rock, as they don’t do drug screens at their location. She told me, “this place is now a one man show” meaning there’s only one worker available to help everyone. Very LONG wait time, even with an appointment. There is no staff at the front desk. Just know that you will be waiting for about an hour just to get lab done - even with an appointment. Even people who have to drop off samples have to wait for a long time. Also, don’t bother walking in. They don’t accept it. The gentleman who drawn my blood is super nice though. It’s totally not the staff fault. It’s just they are undermanned.
HOW IN THE WORLD are y'all gonna make your entire check in process and phone process automated and digital , but then can't accept an emailed order from my doctor? That's so ridiculous.
