I normally make an appointment, but I came in as a walk in and was seen within an hour or less. These people are awesome, caring and try very hard to take care of everyone, in a timely fashion.
Making appointment was a challenge a few times the phone system just hung up. Online wasn't any easier., had to make an appointment 4 days out. I tried to do walk-in, in hopes of getting my labs done sooner. I spent 3 days on the walk-in list all more than a 2 hour wait. The 3rd day on the walk-in list I left and came back (with in 30 min. at check in it said it could take up to 60-90min) and my name was taking off the list I had to check in again and was #5 on the wait list. I have got blood drawn from this Quest Diagnostics located on East 8th st in National City. It very pleasant experience. The nurse name Christian is very professional and nice. I would recommend highly for this services. Easy parking. Right off I-805 south and Plaza blvd.
