My visit to Quest was COLD. The waiting room was just about as warm as it was outside! There needs to be working heat or at the very least a space heater. Also to only ever have two phlebotomists at any time is poor scheduling. There should be at least one assigned to handle walk-ins only and two for scheduled appointments. I go to the Mt Lebanon location at least twice a year for blood work. This last time the phlebotomist complained that there was a new computer system and didn’t want to enter all of the codes for the tests my doctor had written. So she didn’t bother & I got a bill for $3000!!
