My doctor never gets my blood test results. I have to call them and tell them what it was from my email from Quest. The girl in the Quest office always checks all of my information for me and the doctor. It is all correct, but they still NEVER get it. Why is this ????
I use this Quest location all the time for routine blood draws and have never had issues. The employees themselves are always extremely accomodating and kind. Parking in Lebo is always hit or miss, but the location is very convenient, and you have several parking options to choose from.
Visit was great. I was brought in right on time (had an appointment) and the blood draw was quick, with minimal pain. The technician was personable and very knowledgeable. Excellent service. Thanks! (p.s. My tech was a floater from the Plum office)
