I want to start by saying that I have a phobia of getting bloodwork done and consistently faint afterwords. I did get a script for a Xanax to take to calm my nerves. And kept an ice pack on my chest. However the real star of the show was my phlebotomist, whose name I did not get. She was incredibly kind and reassuring, and reinforced over and over that I was not going to faint. My doctor never gets my blood test results. I have to call them and tell them what it was from my email from Quest. The girl in the Quest office always checks all of my information for me and the doctor. It is all correct, but they still NEVER get it. Why is this ????
I use this Quest location all the time for routine blood draws and have never had issues. The employees themselves are always extremely accomodating and kind. Parking in Lebo is always hit or miss, but the location is very convenient, and you have several parking options to choose from.
