terribly slow , make appointment still waiting 65 minutes now
Website allowed me to select walk in for FASTING blood work. Arrived to location to see a note on the door sayin they are CLOSED for the DAY! Horrible!
I want to make you aware of the horrendous experience that took place with your staff at the 4810 Milton Street, location in Cape Coral, FL. Staff was aggressive and combative. This morning after checking the website and hearing the quest recordings numerous times, my senior parents went to get blood work done during the “Peace of Mind” hour. Totally Disappointed 👎👎👎🤨. I Don't recommend this one location. So unprofessional!!! There was a Girl Name Carley, she didn't want to tell me her exactly Name. 🤔She had pretty Large Nails, 💅 the acrilic ones that you usually can have for a party, almost 3 inches long(another little finger). I asked her to please use gloves.🧤 She felt offended. I did not pay attention until, she starting throwing away her bandages to the side, and one of the tubes with blood felt down to the floor. RecommendedOnly waited 8 mins and was able to wait in my car they send a text when it’s your turn. Much better than the Silver Lakes location which I went to first and it was locked was told by the 15 people outside they will come out to sign me in but after 10 mins they did not so I went to this location and everyone was so nice here.
They are known for not properly billing insurance and then forcing you to pay much higher then what you should have too. Medical billing should not be done improperly. If your staff can’t handle it, hire new people or have them go back to a community college and earn an updated medical billing certificate.
The ladies in this office are extremely rude and unprofessional. Doctor sent over paperwork Waited over an hour just so they could say their phone lines are not working so they didn’t receive it
